How to make a reservation

  • ① After you press send, an automated email will be sent to you titled "About your reservation".
  • ② Reservation customer support service, "My Concierge Japan" will check if your reservation can be made for the time you requested. We will send you an email within a few days to inform you if seating is available at the restaurant or not.

※My Concierge Japan is an organization officially assigned by Abeno Harukas Dining to provide concierge services so that guests can make restaurant reservations smoothly in English, Chinese and Korean.
